"I entered the new store in Homewood Village. I’d eagerly awaited the opening. The store has two levels. The second accessible by a steep stairway. There is NO ELEVATOR, thus no way disabled shoppers may go to the upper level which contains more than half of the adult inventory. My wife lives with MS. I find it outrageous and hurtful that this feature was neglected. I was dumbstruck. How - in this era - could the owners and builders have been so dismissive of the disabled community? I loved this independent store. No more. I’m considering a letter to the ADA."

"This is probably my favorite store of any store I've ever been to. The kids' book selection is fantastic and they can order anything they don't have. The selection is big but curated so you don't waste time sifting through throwaway books like you do at overgrown bookstores. You can reliably use this shop as a pulse to keep updated on the latest and best books, and the employees know their stuff. They also give out coffee and free balloons for kids."
