"Called Smith’s to address our insta-hot water heater in our rig. My call was returned within 20min. Gave me numerous items to check and set me up with a supply store that had our part. He immediately scheduled to service our rig the next day. I happened to find the issue prior to having my rig serviced however, the way he addressed our issue and respected the fact our time was limited as we were set to depart in two days was top notch. Very pleased with his service and the way he conducted his business. Very professional and knowledgeable with the unit we were having issues with."
