"I am a Sprint Mart rewards member and I have heard about the new store opened in Vance and have heard nothing but good things about their service and especially their deli. So I decided to make that drive from Tuscaloosa to Vance just to witness this excellent service I have been hearing about. To no surprise that all the hype of their service is absolutely true. Their cashiers got me in and out and greeted me with a smile. Their deli had some of the best food I’ve had in any convenient store I’ve ever been to and I recommend their chicken on a stick. Great job Vance Sprint Mart!!!"

"Great place and location . So many options for workers in the area. Although great place and most of the time you're greeted with a smile especially when it's not so busy. I must say that a cashier playing in her hair and handling food without washing her hands and no gloves........ a definitely a NO-GO!!!! 12/31/2023 The second time I've went to this location since this review. The more I go the less I like it there."
"Three cashiers behind the register: one busy counting down her drawer, the second helping a customer, the third doing nothing but talking while I politely stand back & wait to be assisted. Once the second cashier finished assisting her customer, she then decided to help a gentleman who was not in line instead of helping me. Still patiently waiting. Finally the talker finishes her conversation & decides to assist me. I ask to purchase an alcoholic slush. After she asks me to repeat the flavor I wanted, she then gives me the prepared slush & proceeds to say “just don’t drink it on our property”. I don’t know if it was because my wig was a little crooked that made her think I was about to pop the top right then & there but this experience was unpleasant in every way. There wasn’t even a greeting before or after the transaction. If I’d received DECENT customer service, I would be a return customer."
