"Lots of small panfish, few big enough to keep. Somewhat long walk from parking to fishing platform but not a steep grade. Weedy large pond provides a quiet place to cast a line for fun. Lots of wildlife."

"Just went here for the first time this week. Love the prairie field for my Brittany. She really enjoys the exercise as do we. Never anyone here either. Highly recommend."

"Nice lake and lots of little fish to catch. Good place for beginners if you have bait. The path to walk to the lake is a little long though the woods and you may want to bring bug spray."
