"This subway is always terrible with attitudes and acknowledging customers. Ordered curbside last night, not only did they not bring my food out, when I went in I had to wait. Upon getting to the house and opening my bag and taking a bite I discovered there was hair all over my pizza. I called 3 times and they wouldn’t pick up the phone. And they refused to make another pizza or make the situation right."
"Ordered in their app. Said order was ready, but it was rejected (along with another dude). The 2 sandwich artists working made us wait while they helped other customers until explaining our order was cancelled for unknown reasons. The dude was upset they made us wait half an hour for no food and left. We reordered and eventually got our dinner. It tasted good, but the customer service was beyond abysmal. They didn't care at all and were quite rude to that dude."
"Ridiculous the area they call a bathroom in this building. Every single time, EVERY single time I come here I have to mention how disgusting the bathroom is. People behind the counter barely speak at all. Especially the start of the line. Just a stare and then “What do you want?”"
"Every time we go there they tell us they can't take our coupons. . The employees are always rude and the so called freshness looks like it was all done at 5 am and had been there all day long . And the atmosphere is like everyone there doesn't want to be there. Like there is about to be something is about to happen that's not good."
"I ordered online and waited for curbside and when the lady brought out my food to me, she didn’t say one word, smile or anything. Then when I get home to eat my sandwich and all it has on it is mayonnaise and chicken. They forgot all the rest of the topics on my sandwich. So I paid $6 for a sandwich that I’m having to fix up myself at home because they forgot almost everything."
