"I dont go to pilots very often but every time i do, its a problem. Never any clean showers. Always have to wait. The app had been saying i was next for 10-15 minutes. When the shower was finally clean they let someone else go in my shower & told me i had to wait even longer. Its always a waste of time stopping at any pilot. I should know better. Never again. I'm not dealing with any pilot or flying j anymore. Ever"
"Man first time in Michigan but I had a great experience! This one 9 is the best one I’ve been too hands down !!! The clerk I think his name is James was just super cool man very professional, inviting , helpful energetic I was blown away by how courteous he was to a tired driver who had traveled all day ❤️ it’s still some good people out here on the road !! He reminded me of that fact during my visit definitely coming back . Great place to stop 10 stars"

"I prepaid fuel for 65 bucks and she told me I need to fill up first before I get the receipt I was like okay. I start filling up and refueling Def and start to cleaning up windshield I didn't realize that my fuel tank I got filled up all the way. When I asked her why didn't u set up the pump for 65 dollars only? She stayed quiet and set down the receipt on the counter and told me to have a good day. Isn't that great service? No apology. I didn't want to fill up the tank because of the cargo I was carrying. What if I didn't have the money?"
