"The cashier , had an attitude over the speaker and at the window and bringing the food out. My sons grande toasted burrito was burned and he said it tasted like pure oil. The hashbrowns were burned. We ordered baha blast to drink at speaker, she didnt tell us til window they were out of it. She rushed us the entire time and we were the only customers there"
"0 stars why is the company putting napkins fork and taco sauce packets on top of the cheese on the Mexican pizza. It was so hard to peel the napkin off the Mexican pizza the whole pizza came apart. Taco bell should've created bags to accompany the box meals they have. You handed a customer a box ans they have drinks groceries kids bags how does a person carry all that especially going up flights of stairs. The window people hate for you to ask for a bag also."
"I was so excited for the large NACHO fries. So after work I go to get them. They gave me my food and I check it every time because they always mess it up. This time I open it up and I see this…… I’m not one to complain but this is ridiculous. I go inside and I ask the girl “what is this” she said “Nacho fries” I said “no these are French fries” she said “Oh yea I forgot to tell ya we out seasoning” “I said okay well I want a refund for this” “she calls to the back “she wants a refund because she says these are French fries not nacho fries” ….. Meanwhile I’m waiting on a refund and the cook making food grabs his phone with his gloves on and puts it back in his pocket and goes back to working……"
"I went to Vaughn Road Taco Bell.. and was impressed I loved everything!! The location, plenty of parking.. the service was great .. The cashier explained the different items and combo specials .. the manager even took a minutes and spoke to me. The dining area and restrooms were very clean.. covered outside the dining area was clean no trash .. this place was very organized.. yes I will be back"
"My food was horrible. My order was incorrect, the chalupa shell was so hard I couldn't eat it. The staff was joking and playing around. My hard shell taco was barely a taco. I am very unhappy with the service and food I received it was a waste of my money to pay over $10 for a combo I couldn't eat. I attempted to speak with someone at the store several times and no one would answer the phone. I do not recommend this location as long as its rub by teenagers who do not take their jobs seriously"
