"Have eaten in and ordered out! Have ALWAYS had a very positive and "Customer-Service-Oriented" experience!! I HIGHLY RECOMEND them for any occasion! Great Date nights with live music! Can't beat it anywhere!! "
"Walked in and spent well over 5 minutes waiting. No one ever in front of us. The balloon man eventually sat us himself. He waits about 5 minutes then brings us menus himself. After about 10 minutes we watch him stop a waitress and point to us. She walks over with lack any personality to say "what do you want to drink". We get our drinks in a timely manor but sit another 20 minutes before we just gave up. As we leave she walks out and loudly expresses "OH MY GOD I was going to get to you!" And keeps on mumbling. I also watched her with the table behind us and she very much lacks respect for the general public. I've eaten many meals at the Smokehouse but this type of service will cause a business return customers."
"They only get two stars because we ordered take out and they did get our order correct. Our pork tasted just like lighter fluid. The fried Pickles were soggy and covered with grease. Very disappointing."
"I have had breakfast from here which was good. Decided to Purchase some smoked wings-Jamaican Jerk flavor and this is what I got. Fried wings drowned in unauthentic jerk seasoning. I was expecting a dry rub not a disgusting over seasoned wet sauce. I also ordered some cheese curds were extra chewy & undercooked. Extremely disappointed. Money wasted. Definitely not what I expected. I would not recommend for dinner."
