"Wow, what a hidden gem! This state park is truly a treasure. And, of course, no visit to this park is complete without a visit to the legendary Pee Log. This iconic log has become a beloved landmark for both tourists and locals alike, and it's easy to see why. It's the perfect spot to take a quick break and leave your mark (literally!). Overall, I highly recommend this state park to anyone looking to connect with nature and experience something truly special."

"We stayed here in our skoolie for two weeks and it's been one of our best stays to date! First off, the beach!! You're so close and there's a private area just for the campground which was never busy and was close enough that the kids could just walk over there whenever they wanted. There's also a trail that was really nice. Clean bathrooms and showers. Can't wait to go back here"

"The hiking trails were very interesting. I saw dozens of different birds, many turtles, and a few water snakes. It's a beautiful wetland area and the beach is nice too."
