"I wish the girls would learn their job, rude cashier. I ordered $5.99 fish and fries, sign says includes one side & hush puppy's. Stupid girl said the fries are the side, then forgot the hush puppy's."
"My expectations were on the floor and this Captain D’s managed to find the basement. Took so long to order that the dude behind me literally got out of his car and walked up to the window. Lady in the drive thru told me I could add a drink for $1.99 and then charged me $3.39. She literally made no mention of the insanely long wait and offered literally no apology whatsoever. Literally paid almost $20 for some rubbery shrimp, a potato that tasted like they’d dropped it on the floor, and the teensiest serving of broccoli I’ve ever seen. The only good thing in my meal was the bread and honestly I’m surprised they didn’t mess it up. Honestly I see this place having the same fate as the Burger King next to it."
"I stopped by Captain D's to grab some dinner I repeated my order to the lady at the window several times and yet my green beans were missing and my hushpuppies were missing and I realize I should have checked it but I was in a hurry to get home and for some reason they have issues listening to their customers every time we order dinner"
"So on Sunday the 20th of August I walked into this Captain D'S to get myself some food and I was surprised to see the cashier serving this young man with no shirt on in a food establishment she even had some issues cashing out his order and she called the manager who came and took care of the transaction and she too didn't have a problem with this. I guess something must be wrong with me and a few other customers who all had disgusting look on their faces. CAPTAIN D'S AT 949 W SOUTH BLVD MONTGOMERY ALABAMA YOU SHOULD NOT BE SERVING ANYONE WITH NO SHIRT ON IN YOUR RESTAURANT PLEASE DO BETTER AND RESPECT YOURSELVES AND YOUR CUSTOMERS!!"
"The service was good. The food was okay. The big spicy fish sandwich wasn’t spicy and could use more sauce and lettuce for the big pieces of fish on the sandwich. They could also maybe add some onion or something else too. Not much flavor or I was expecting more."
