"I went for tire service and the mechanic on shift was rude. He didn’t answer my questions as a customer. He was mad because I asked him how was the process of getting service? He said: you don’t see they are 4 cars on front of you. I’ll never go back to Walmart for car service."
"After speaking with a sales representative about having my wheels balance, she told me my ram promaster 2500 will be fine. However once I arrive to the location it was a different story, they couldn't operate on my van. Wasted 30 mins traveling to this location."

"Almost 400 dollars for 4 new tires and the next morning one is completely flat and one is half way. The completely flat tire clearly has a hole at the valve stem and not sure why the other one is losing air. Tried calling ALL day yesterday and every 25 times I called they would say hold on and hang up in my face. I drove from tallassee so looks like I'll be figuring out a way to take the tires back there. Not to mention the tires were bought for a planned fa.iky trip which I missed. Thanks walmart for bad tire job and poor customer service. Also reassured me an hour at the most an hour and a half. Me my 8 year old amd 2 year old was In Walmart OVER 4 hours."
"This team did a fantastic job with how busy and short staffed they were. We travelled in from out of state and wanted to make sure our tires were good enough for the drive home. We had to purchase two new tires. They gave me the best price for the tires they had in stock. Mostly I’d like to commend Chico the tire tech. He came into store to speak with me to ensure we placed the correct tires in the correct positions. It really shows he cares about the safety of the customers and is passionate about what he does. Very thorough! Thank you for helping my family get home safely."
