"First I came they told me I needed a battery but I purchased a battery from them less than a year ago. I returned after purchasing a second battery because the other advance told me my battery was good. A second person at the same store checked it and it was a good battery. So basically I got the run around, tricked into purchasing a battery. I got my money back though. Clean and organized store."
"The customer service at this location was horrible! I needed to get my check engine like checked. The guy named “Booker” had a nasty attitude told me it’ll be “a while”! The other employees ended up assisting me! Afterwards I ended up grabbing a few items and the other employee asked him could he check me out because something was going on with his computer or whatever! “Booker” said no he didn’t want to help at all the other employees had to do all the work! I ended up not getting the items…Very unprofessional"
