"I had a awesome experience at Kelley's Service Center.. I called on 12/12/23 about checking the front passenger tire on a 2006 Chevrolet Impala. The receptionist was very nice and polite on the phone. She told me she would call me back and she did. I dropped the car off Wednesday morning and I was told that I would get a call when the technician check it over. They called and told me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it. I am amazed! The Impala needed brake pads and shoes. It also needed a radiator cap. They are truly honest and reliable people. I am thankful that I found a great shop in Montgomery. "1,000,000 stars August 2023 I was riding back from ATL airport to New Orleans, my truck broke down with 2 of my friends that were visiting me from Italy and 2 dogs they brought me! It was in the middle of the night. Called a tow truck and he took us to an hotel he saw what was wrong with my truck and recommended a shop that was just across the street from the hotel. In the morning first thing we walked to Kellys service and explained the situation! They immediately took us in! I was willing to pay overprice due to the emergency but they just charged me a normal rate… I was so thankful that they could help us without appointments or anything… I will be forever thankful!
