"It’s like incompetent illiterates making the food over and over again literally the milkshake that I ordered online was in another cup because the bottom broke (and I read another review that the same thing happened to and I didn’t think they would do the same thing twice yet here we are ) I decided to give them a try because I thought they would do it to me And the bottom is literally broken and it’s pouring out and all they did was put it in another cup People need to be fired and they need better leadership over here because it’s obviously ruined"
"This is the worst location in Montgomery. After pressing the order button I explained to the young lady taking orders that I wanted one of the Halloween Blizzards that I had seen being advertised but I wanted to substitute the Heath Bar for something else and was told I couldn't do that. I had to order a regular Blizzard and add everything I wanted with their limited options (because they supposedly "no longer carry" Butterfinget or Snickers) just to get what I wanted. I was told I had to pay an extra charge for a custom order even though I was just ordering something they had on their menu. After getting my order I noticed the lady who brought it to me had given me an extra cup. After pulling them apart I learned the reason for this was because the cup that my Blizzard was in was busted. The Blizzard itself even had tiny pieces of Styrofoam in it because of the employee's carelessness when making my order. I will NOT be back and I encourage everyone to go to a different location where the service and staff are much better."
"I went to Sonic tonight to get some food and had a craving for one of their blasts. I ordered a medium Oreo Blast and specifically asked for light Oreos in my blast. Needless to say they failed as usual. First of all the price that I paid for this treat, you would think they would at least fill the cup up. Not only did they not give me what I asked for, when my order was brought to me. , I noticed that my blast was not filled up. Whomever made the oreo blast did not take the time out to mix the oreos into the ice cream. I am super disappointed in this place. So anyone that is considering to visit this place, please be aware that the your order m may not come out to you correctly."
