"I ordered online. The lady just pointed at the shelf. When I walked in. The sandwich had barely any meat or vegetables. The BMT had one slice of meat. I ordered it with all the vegetables. The sandwich was about 1 inch closed and the bread touched. I won't be back and will be using the one at Walmart from now on. I'm glad Chelsea has 2."
"I don’t ever leave reviews on places but my visit today at the subway in Chelsea was totally unacceptable. I waited in a line for about 15 min. And then when I finally started ordering my sandwich it took another 20 min. For it to be made. A costumer came in to pick up an online order that they placed earlier in the day only to find out that the employees threw away the receipt that the order was printed on. And then the employee had to switch out a mustard bottle and it literally took like 5 min. . By the time I got home my sandwich looked like a wreck and was falling apart. Very upset! :("
"THIS LOCATION IS BY FAR MY FAVORITE! I AM SO GLAD I HAPPENED TO BE DRIVING BY ONE DAY AND DECIDED TO STOP THERE! All of the employees are very friendly and fast at making the food, but I have to brag on my favorite employee, her name is Desiree! She always makes the best sandwiches and salads each time I visit! Highly recommend this location!"
"To start, I would only give the Subway product 2 stars. I do not know why I keep going back. That is separate from the store. Most of the time I visit, it is understaffed. If there is one large or complex order in front of you, it will be a while. The sandwich gets made as I requested. But... The preparers always drenches the sandwich in condiments."
