"Waited for curbside, I guess it takes 20 minutes for a small fries and 6 mcnuggets? Can't even go inside to ask for the order because the doors are locked, of course. My poor kids just wanted food. Never even got it even though we paid because it wasnt worth waiting an hour for food that takes 4 minutes to fry."

"This is the third time I have come to this location and they don’t have shakes or lemonade. After I paid they didn’t have any paper to give me a receipt. At the pickup window they were telling every car to park and wait at the online pickup parking spaces It was every car! At least 7 cars with the workers going to every car asking whose order they are carrying.by the time I got my order everything was cold. I wish to say this was a one time thing. But three times in a row? Just bad service even for fast food place."
"They put order paper between the cheese and burger patties. If it had not been added during the cooking process, the cheese would not have adhered neatly to the paper as shown in the photo. Even if paper was accidentally inserted, that is also a problem because the burger was not checked in the final step. I need an apology and explanation."
"The lady taking my order was really nice as well as the front lady that took my money at the first window was the only thing good about my experience. I order the filet meal medium and received a small fry that was cold and a small Dr pepper that was just carbonated water. It's a good thing Culver's is next door because I'll be using them from now on."
