"Tired of this location. First off, there is zero "atmosphere", like they're about to move out actually. Slowest drive through. And today, the straw that broke the camel's back. The girl who took our orders was sweet. But, the guy that made my grande caramel frappucino with extra whip slides a TALL cup across the counter and says "I ran out of whipped cream, so I had to make it without." I just look and say "Really? And I asked for EXTRA WHIP.". Instead of saying, I'm sorry, what can I do to make that up to you? He just says "Have a good day". Normally, when you are out of something you SPECIFICALLY ASK FOR, you're notified as soon as they start making it. Do you want something else, do you want to cancel order, what? Instead I get what I got. Humph... I'll be scooting over to Atlanta Highway - they're much more attentive and accommodating."

"Seemed to care more about closing the store than taking our order. We arrived an hour before close time and waited 10 minutes for someone to take our order. We just got stared at. I ordered and paid for a grande and got a tall. Drink was good though. Would not recommend."
"People were nice. First time I've been to one in about 6 years. Nothing to rave over. Probably would have never gone if I was given a gift card. Prices are a bit steep for what it is."
"Got my version of the trend drink (EDWARD) from here.. too bad they don't have bananas, the drink cost me ($9).. Anyway, they are very accomodating with this kind of long list specified orders.. so don't forget to tip just incase you'll be asking for more than the usual. Their "pantry" is empty when I came, but there's a list of available starbucks food that you can ask the barista if they'll be able to serve. Actually, I would prefer to visit this branch compared to the other starbucks branches here in montgomery. The location is really nice and when you go inside, it's really a "cafe" vibe.. maybe when I start my reviews.. I might come here to hangout. Music isn't that loud too.. there aren't too many people inside when I visited yesterday. All the baristas are wearing masks, which is good. Social distancing with the table arrangements are evident. I do recommend this starbucks branch ans would come back here again. Download the app in playstore, gives you points per drink."
