Wendy's

"I pull up to the drive through only to be told "it's not working, come inside" so I come inside and have to stand around d waiting for 12 minutes while I see 5 employees grouped together messing with the drive-thru POS. Repeated attempts to get them to notice me failed. Then when I finnaly order and get my food, the fries are stale as can be, salted like the dead sea, and the burger was garbage. Entire interior needs to be properly cleaned as the inside has a scum layer over every surface."

"Definitely one of the worst Wendy's in Montgomery. Found a clear glove in my salad. Went inside to order once, and the cashier made it a priority to give her friend who came in after me his food first while I had to wait. Plus, they are extremely slow, their system is always down, and they have horrible attitudes. I'm starting to think the only good fast food joints in the Gump is Chikfila"

"Cashier didn't think it was important to greet the customer. She didn't listen. Then the other cashier told me Am I really sure I don't want my order? Since she said she couldn't give me my 93 cents in change. Why would I let a multi million dollar company keep my $.93 cents? It's not my problem manager didn't want to go to the bank which is part of their job to do. And make sure a store that is open from 6am to 1am daily has accurate bank. I did not want the order since I couldn't get my correct change back. The Jr bacon is $2.99 and the bun is old, meat n cheese cold, and bacon is burnt crumbled up pieces. Wendy's should be shamed."

"ABSOLUTELY THE WORST WENDY'S. Went to the drive-through and was told to come around without placing an order. Decided to go inside instead. Stood in line for 10 mins as they all stood around and figured something out. I'm not sure what, though. The first warning sign was the condition behind the counter and in the cook area. Nothing was cleaned and looked like they didn't deep clean in a long time either. The second warning sign was the wet cups they handed us to get our drinks with. The soda machine doesn't even work, so we had to go back to the counter to get our drinks. Finally, the last warning was opening our hamburgers to see the cheese was cold and not melted, and the meat and bacon had no warmth to it. Took a bight anyways, and what seemed like day old food was disgusting, and the bacon nearly cracked my tooth. After the first bight, we wrapped up our food and tossed it. I'm not even gonna fight for a refund.... Do not go here!!!!!"

"Update! : went back to get my double bacon and added chilli sauce. I also asked for a special tea mix that i prefer. Lady at the counter was super nice, mentioned that she lersonally made.the rra and that she hooed that i liked it! The young manager today really showed eagerness with his service. I has a great experience at the Vaughn Wendy's. My unsweet tea with lemonade and double stack were both delightful. Highly recommend!"
