"The young black girl at the window Tuesday 2/27/24 at 2:50 am was McRude when I asked if I could order a chicken sandwich she then proceeded to tell me that they don’t sell that pass 12am, she said I could order only stuff on the board but it was literally on the board outside. Then she didn’t tell me my total and just stuck the Apple Pay thing out the window. Then didn’t give me my receipt also after waiting 8 minutes all my chicken nuggets were burnt. I’ve been going here for 4 years but they won’t be getting another McDollar out of me!"

"Alabama, Montgomery . Worst experience ever. Teen workers playing while suppose to be working. Got to the pick up window and my order not there. Teen at window nice but tried to walk off with my card to go back to the pay window. I waited before at the pay window for the teens to come over but they were to busy playing. Can you imagine what your customers are thinking?"

"We stopped here traveling so my son could play in the play area. The restroom, play area and store in general were very clean and could tell it has been maintained. All of our food was hot & fresh. The wait was short. The store manager (I believe she said her name was Andrea), cashier (Latorian) and the rest of the staff were beyond delightful. Our experience overall was a 10/10."

"I just went through the drive through... ordered two 10piece nuggets and a cookie tote. The nuggets are pure grease. I've called the store three times and No one will pick up.. Too greasy that's all you taste. I honestly feel like they double dipped the nuggets to appear fresh. I would've waited for fresh nuggets at this hour then to have money waisted. I'm so disappointed right now. To the trash they go and I'm still hungry and waisted money..Smh Yall need to do better!"

"My daughter wanted to come inside to play, so we dined in. I placed my order at 1:33pm. we got number 3 table identifier. After about 10 minutes of daughter playing I noticed an order was on the counter I saw the cashier place the food on the counter and look in the lobby but he did not bring the food as the kiosk machine said "take a number have a seat and a member will bring it to you". After another 10 minutes, I called the number on the receipt, but there was no answer 3 times. I kept noticing the cashier had no customers so he could have walked into the lobby asked who had number 3 if no one was in the lobby he should have come into the play room where you could clearly see guest with the table identifier in the window where they were seated!!!! He noticed a couple of times we were in the play area but still decided not to come from behind the counter! The manager was on her break. Once she got off her break, she noticed the food still sitting on the counter and brought us our food. She said she advised the cashier to check the play room, yet he did not, and she had to bring our food. This is sad for her to have had to do. I told her what you are reading now, and she apologized. McDonald's in this area really needs to shape up! This experience was not a good one for us. The rating would have been a perfect score had he done his job. But because the manager brought the food to us and made sure it wasn't cold, I have 2 stars. 5 for her service and atmosphere only because of good music playing"
