They stayed in constant communication with us the whole time. Told me exactly what was wrong with it, ordered the parts, and installed them. Jeremy was incredible to us. When we picked the cart up, he spent a lot of time cleaning all the mildew off the seats and body and completely cleaned the cart. I'm absolutely floored at the extra mile he went and could not be happier to have our cart back in perfect working order.
