"Eric is an exceptional waiter, he was very friendly and attentive to the point he brought us whatever we needed before we could request it. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Thank you for a great experience. We enjoyed ourselves so much we didn't think about taking photos. Next time we will. See you again."

"Update, Update to below review: I made this review 6 months ago and as you can see by their response, figure auto generated, they stated to email with my experience, etc. I did that and as of today they still never responded directly to me. By email or other means. So yeah my review stands, this location is horrible! Not all are like this but this one, stay away! Zero stars Update to below review: As you can see company requested I send email to guest relations about experience so they could try to resolve. I sent email on 6/23 and as of today 6/30 no response. Which again proves my review was spot on and they could care less if one of their locations is serving disgusting food! 0 out of 0! I took my grandson to lunch and we unfortunately chose this Rubys. Walked in and immediately could smell very strong bleach smell but figured they just cleaned. Got steak which was over seasoned, tough and large portion of grissel , when I specifically asked the waiter which steak was tender and ordered what he suggested. Got salad bar and only fresh was the lettuce as I tried to eat it started to feel nauseous because it tasted off. Baked potato was under cooked and chunky and smelled and tasted old like cooked night before and reheated. Also on waiters suggestion I ordered onion rings and they turned out to be frozen rings you could buy in the freezer section and not the good ones either! Bill was $49 and we barely ate so brought it home so could take picture of how bad everything was. Yes I could have sent it back but if you’ve ever worked in restaurants you know not the best idea! I felt sorry for waiter as he was only one there and was doing his best. But the food was disgusting and way over priced for what we got! I could have went to Texas Roadhouse and paid less and got way better food. Do not recommend at all!!"

"I ordered take out online from this restaurant for lunch. I arrived at the time the food was supposed to be ready to a fairly empty dining room (Maybe five or six tables). My order was not done. I waited for ten minutes for my order to be ready. When I got back to my office I opened the Chicken Pasta Mariana to see food that was in no way what I thought I was ordering. See attached picture. There was barely any marinara sauce and the chicken was bland and half the size it was on the website. Just not at all good. I also ordered a cheesecake. Frozen solid. Yup, I can chip at it but actually using a fork to slice into it was impossible. Do yourself a favor and keep driving."

"Ordered the American smash burger with the salad bar on the side. Got the brisket quesadilla for an appetizer. Very good! The wild berry iced tea is amazing as well! My man ordered the jalapeño queso bacon burger. He enjoyed it a lot!"

"I got the Awesome Burger. I always get meat substitutes if they taste like real meat, and this is definitely the closest to real meat I have tasted. I asked for no tomato, and they gave me one anyway, so I gave it to someone else at my table. I also got an extra onion slice for my burger, since I like onions more than any normal person should. I got a side of broccoli, and it was good. I also got lemonade, since I love lemonade, and it didn't have pulp, which I like it that way. Overall, the food was good, and I will definitely (hopefully) eat here again."
