Welcome to We Care Thrift Store Monroeville! Our store, located at 78 North Alabama Avenue in Monroeville, Alabama, is the second location established by the We Care Program. Since opening our doors in 1998, we have been providing the community with a wide variety of clothing, furniture, home goods, books, and more.

Monroeville, known as the “Literary capital of Alabama,” is a vibrant community of 6,500 residents. You can easily find us in the historic district, directly across the street from the Monroe County Courthouse. Our store is a treasure trove of bargains, with regularly updated items for sale.

Whether you're looking for a new outfit, a piece of furniture, or some household items, We Care Thrift Store Monroeville has something for everyone. Street parking is available in front of the store, and we are fully wheelchair accessible for your convenience.

If you have gently used items to donate, simply drop them off in our donation bins located behind the building. Knock on the back door for assistance unloading your donations, and we will gladly provide you with a donation receipt upon request.

"One of my favorite shopping experiences is to visit thrift stores and look for uniqueness. I did appreciate the name of this store. It was quite unique in its simplicity. i also appreciated there were several young people working at the store. the store was well laid out and i found it pleasant to shop. i liked the location of the store."
