"i reached out to dean about 2 years ago. he advised me to reach out to the alger and marquette county conservation district to apply for cost share funding for a forest management program. i did this and was approved in may 2023. i recontacted dean and he sent out some paperwork which i immediately returned. i called and emailed through november with mostly no responses. in november i contacted the alger and marquette district and told them that nothing has been started and my last 5 email and phone calls went unanswered. they reached out to him and he said it must have been a misunderstanding. i have reached out a few times after, and again no response back from dean. my plan was approved over 6 months ago and not one thing has been done."
