"Called to inquire about a set of 4 tires. The lady in the tire center was very rude, unpleasant, and very unprofessional. Obviously she did not want to make the $600 - $700 sale, even after I confirmed online that the tires were in stock. I will never do business with the tire and lube center again. I'd rather spend a little more money and be treated like a human, than to deal with a rude employee"
"It's ok. Most of the time you be waiting too long for just an oil change. When it don't be nobody but, one car ahead."
"Very disappointed! My SO came up here to get his light fixed and oil changed. They told him they couldn’t fix the light because he had a part missing. Well, we took the car to my uncle and he fixed it right there, said the part was still there but loose. So either they didn’t take an actual look and just guessed, or straight up lied to us because they didn’t feel like fixing it. I’m usually not one to complain, but they could have cost us hundreds of dollars going to another place trying to get a part that we weren’t actually missing! Also took about two hours for the oil change, which again, I most likely wouldn’t have complained about if it weren’t for the lying and laziness!"
