"Came in on New years Eve with my family only one person ahead of us in line and he told us it took him 15 minutes to get his order taken so we went to the kiosk. We ordered and we were paying cash so my man went to the cashier to pay and the guy straight told us he was too busy. No one is in here how are you too busy? Didn't read the order right to give us the right amount of cups for our order. Not a good experience."
"Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in! 1 basic burrito and a drink, 45 minutes their was no other customers a head of me. This happens every time I go there. They won’t have to worry about me waiting for my order anymore because I will not be returning there. You can get faster service from a full scale restaurant. Gives a whole new meaning to fast food."
"It really kind of depends on how the staff say is going. Sometimes it's good, other times it's really questionable if they really even care. It's a toss up. The food is typical fast food. The service could definitely be better if the staff actually cared about the job."
