"I went to just get a cup of coffee. I ordered a large amd was told they were out of large cups so I would have to order a medium. I said fine. Paid at the first window then was informed at the second window that I would have to pull forward and wait...for a cup of coffee. Seriously... you can't pour a cup of coffee and hand it to me. I can understand possibly waiting for a food order bur but just coffee???"
