"We ordered through the App. All the doors were locked. Several employees inside. Not sure why the doors were locked at 9:45 am. They didn't have the breakfast burrito either. Unfriendly service too"
"Very immature kids working the drive through with bad communication skills . Never once a yes sir ,no sir or excuse me an because she was distracted doing whatever an not listening to my order. When I got my order it was missing chicken nuggets an also repeated my order 5 times to her while she continued to ignore me. When I went in there , there were other people complaining about their meals as well! Awful visit almost Everytime I go there. Employees are never paying attention an are super rude. An don't get corrected for it obviously or they wouldn't be able to do it again Everytime I come back through months later. Not sure why they are not correcting these young lads . It helps them grow. An they I guess will be out future management in such restaurants in the future to come. That's unfortuniteFor McDonald's as a whole."
"I had the worst experience today at 6:00 pm when I go shopping for myself and my family and they gave me the wrong order and not the way I asked for it, I asked for an order and they didn't even charge me for it, I had to go in and pay for the order they They didn't give it to me and they only gave me the hamburger without potato and without soda. I was left wondering and what they did was pass the time and they didn't complete my roundup. I really won't buy again at this McDonald's in Pascagoula on Denny Ave. my wife He ordered a quarter with cheese and bacon only with ketchup and the receipt said so and the first time they gave it to him with mustard and without bacon the second time they gave it to him without bacon"
"Waited 10 minutes in the reserve spot for this. After having to order at the window because they were taking orders from the outside lane but not the other. I was then asked to pull up because she thought they were waiting on bread. ?? After waiting 10 minutes and 15 customers got their food and left. I called the store. The guy says let me check and proceeds to tell me head no curbside orders. I explain I was asked to pull forward and wait. He then brings my food out hands it to me and walks off. No apology or anything. I get home. All food is cold and this was the “bread” I waited for?? It was so hard I couldn’t even eat it. Absolutely horrible food and service."
