"I WENT IN TO THIS LOCATION TODAY TO PICK UP AN ORDER FOR A CUSTOMER. A FEMALE EMPLOYEE CAME IN WITH A LARGE TUPPERWARE BOWL AND A PAPER PLATE AND PROCEEDED TO EAT DIRECTLY WHERE THE STAFF IS PREPARING THE FOOD FOR THE CUSTOMERS IN PLAN VIEW OF THE LOBBY. I ASKED THE MANAGER ON DUTY A YOUNG BLACK MALE WITH BLONDE TWIST HAIR DID HE APPROVE OF THE LADY EATING ON THE LINE AND LICKING HER FINGERS AROUND THE FOOD. HE TOLD ME IT WAS FINE BECAUSE SHE WAS ON BREAK. THEN SHE GRABBED HER FOOD AND WALKED OUTSIDE. I TOLD HIM WHEN AN EMPLOYEE IS ON BREAK EATING THEY NEED TO BE IN LOBBY NOT AROUND THE FOOD AND PLEASE GIVE ME THE HOME OFFICE NUMBER. HE IGNORED ME AND WALKED OFF. I ASKED HIM AGAIN FOR THE HOME OFFICE NUMBER OR HIS SUPERVISOR NUMBER. HE TOLD ME NO AND I'M HARRASSING HIM. I TOLD HIM U AND YOUR STAFF ARE THE VERY REASON WHY PPL ARE SICK AFTER THEY EAT AT RESTAURANTS BECAUSE THIS PLACE IS NOT SANITARY. I ALSO INFORMED MY CUSTOMER TO NEVER EAT AT THAT LOCATION. SERVICE SLOW, UNSANITARY, AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL THEY NEED AN OLDER MANAGER NOT A KID."

"This used to be the best Burger King in Mobile. What happened well lets see? You either turned off the ipad so your Mobile orders are not coming through or the person working the window is creating voids which is theft. just maybe the good window employee was not working either way. i tested the window just to see would she be honest and she failed. You knew what it was yet to steal you lied. i wont come there no more and i will be contacting corporate either they stealing credit card numbers or creating voids either way you wont get my money again. Its always the same. Trash service or a horrible attitude. NEVER AGAIN."

"I ordered 2 whopper a they gave us the plant base burgers had been sick for 2days after eating that burger food poisoning. I thought if you ask for it we don't now I'm suffering."

"Worse customer service got burn with coffee by the drive thru girl this morning had to go to the ER just leave at 3:45pm. I wouldn't be so upset if she wasn't so rude I don't know if she was having a bad day or what she snatched my card from me without even speaking and slam the window in my face. When she came back handed me the card and slam the window again. Comes back the third time and pretty much try what she did the first two times and quickly try to hand me the coffee and slam the window quickly but this time she waste hot coffee all over my hand and outside car door cause it to burned my hand. Her response was o them lids being come off all morning and throwing napkins at me and shut the window. I have good insurance that will cover my hospital bill and all follow treatment but just because how I was treated I really want to reach out to a lawyer. I'm hoping by Monday I have calm down and do different but if still feel the same when Monday I will be contacting a lawyer. This all could have been avoided with a little customer service. If you have video you should be able to see everything that happened."

"Got 2 whoppers, one heavy onion with cheese and the other no tomato. Both were great. Mine as well as the other persons was juicy. Nothing worse than a dry burger that you have to drink after each bite. This is a great Burger King. Never had issues with their food"
