Taco Bell

"Updated 02/12/2024 I am a local door Dasher, and I am in this specific location frequently to pick up orders. The doors are locked for the lobby almost constantly whether they are short staffed or not! Most of the employees are very rude, when certain ones are there, they're blasting very vulgar music in the back, vulgar language is being spewed from some of the employees mouths, employees are STILL using same gloves to prepare food after touching on other surfaces (drink machine, nasty counter top, etc).... it's God awful going in there most of the time. I will actually decline most door dash offers sent to me from Taco Bell because it's easier to just NOT deal with the young people that basically run the place. Something needs done. I'm actually in the process of putting in applications around Hazel Green but I would NOT work in that place because I would never tolerate the behavior that is displayed by most employees. This is a problem in a lot of the fast food restaurants here in HG, but Taco Bell has become #1 on that list... especially since you can smell the MARIJUANA coming out of the drive thru window! Do better!"

"I usually stop by this resturaunt ar least once a week. The older lady who is the store manager is often awkward or just rude. Today was no different. I came inside, because the drive through was wrapped all the way around the building to the enterance. I am greeted with s gruff, angry, frustrated "I am closing the dining room, because there are two of us. I am doing these orders and that is it." That is fine, but just put a quick sign on the door, lock it so no one else can enter, or just say " I am really sorry, but the dining room is closed. We don't have the staff." A little hint of sympathy or understanding will engender or reciprocate the same from your customers. As it is, I saw 5 cars/customers pull off, turn around, or storm off. You may be short staffed, but don't take your frustrations on random people who haven't even been able to say hello yet."

"I was a little disappointed in our food this evening. I asked for extra sour cream and cheese but did not get that. The quesadilla hardly had anything in it nor did it have the extra sour cream. They were out of ground beef which was not a huge deal but what we did order should have been on point since we had to alter what we were getting."

"Ok so my rating definitely changed. The past 3 visits, a months time maybe. Last time the drive thru wait was well over 15 minutes and 2 of my potato bowls had 10 tiny potatoes in them couldn't see them under the glob of cheese. Tacos were wrong. Now this morning the woman at the window, name starts with a D. Not the most pleasant person to speak to and judging by the appearance of my daughters food (it's posted) after they zapped it in the microwave cooking it to the wrapper she obviously dropped it and stepped on it before throwing it out the window."
