"I have only had to interact with the bookstore staff on two occasions via phone. Both experiences were terrible. The person who answered the phone each time was very rude from the beginning of even answering. I try to be polite, but when I am greeted with such rudeness and a bad attitude, I don't mind to meet that treatment and hand it right back. It honestly surprises me how terrible their employees are considering the faculty and staff with the rest of UWA has always been so pleasant. Dealing with the bookstore is the only part I dislike about UWA."
