"Title: A Decent First Visit to Jack's Restaurant in Thomasville Review: We recently tried Jack's Restaurant in Thomasville, Alabama for the first time. The place was clean and the staff were really friendly. We ordered breakfast burritos, hashbrowns, and coffee. The burritos were fresh and tasty, but the hashbrowns were cold. The coffee was decent, but could have been hotter. Despite this, the overall experience was slightly above average due to the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the burritos. We'll give it another try for sure."
"I was going down home for my grandma 85 birthday. This Jack's had a different look. Because we're in the country, this establishment had a porch and rocking chairs. The service was average because they did screw up the order and we had to wait for the biscuits. Hey the food was hot and really good. The prices was like wait? what! that's cheap! Good eats, y'all"
"came through the drive thru during the morning. arrived to the order box thing and the lady was kind of rude. well I told the lady what I wanted and she didn’t ring me up for a combo like I asked. when I got up to the window I asked the lady just to make sure she rung me up for a combo (because this isn’t the first time this has happened here), she said no. I then asked her if she could ring me up for a combo and she said it was too late. well besides ringing me up for a hash brown there at the window she then tells me to drive back around to order. not to mention, I asked for a coke, they gave me a diet coke when I specifically said coke, it even said coke on my receipt. I love jacks breakfast but some of the employees are horrible!!"
"Ordered through the app for first time. Husband did pick up. Food was great! Service was friendly and ready on time! Atmosphere was clean. You can see husband (Scott) cleaned his plate of eggs, sausage, grits and gravy biscuit and I'm still working on my chicken biscuit! I'm excited to go back soon to try the fried green tomato blfgt!!! Dixie B."
