"Order pizza online and they took the money and then called and said they closed. And they should not have been closed or I should not have been able to order online if they was closed. Even the delivery person called me asking did I make a order cause she was there tryna pick up the pizza and they guy came to the door and was rude to her and telling her that they was closed"

"I Ordered there & was told it would take about 25 minutes. But it took around 50 minutes. Ordered 2 pizzas with extra cheese & pepperoni. One thin slice and the other original. It was the worst pizzas ever. They must have ran through the oven twice because it was burnt. Ya’llwent from being a 7 or 8 to a zero"

"These 3 stars are not because we recently ordered and had decent/ subpar/ horrible service. Yes, we have ordered from this location and have experienced the absolute most issues in comparison to all other Pizza Hut (PH) locations that we have ordered from. However, the manager (I assume she is still there) has always done her best to correct the wrongs. Unfortunately, this time, this issue is about the lack of assistance from Pizza Hut Customer Service (CS). After learning this location was closed, at 4:00pm on a Sunday, we decided to call CS for assistance……well that was the biggest waste of time. All they wanted to was escalate a complaint on my behalf and as generous as many may think that is, it does NOT help when a customer is looking to place an order right now. All we needed to know was what do we do in this case. Their only answer was to order from another PH, which would have been an excellent answer had we not already considered that option and shared at the top of the call that this location was the ONLY location that delivers to our area. With the many issues that this location has had, one would think that Pizza Hut would find a way to service customers by closing this location and re-zoning deliveries. Anyway, we ended up ordering from Papa John’s, I highly recommend. Again, this is no fault to the location directly because they do not control the area that they service. Three stars have been awarded in hopes that they, this location, will bring this issue to corporates attention."

"Worst representation of what any restaurant should be. I placed my order at 723pm. My order said it would be delivered in 30 minutes. It was not. The app sent a notification at 901pm that it was out for delivery. I call at 957pm only to be told "You'll have to come pick it up because I don't think I can get a driver out to you." When we recieved our order it still didn't have everything in it. And not to mention that there were several workers who could be visibly seen and heard laughing and playing around in the back instead of actually working. Never again will they get one red cent from me and my family. I'm utterly disgusted. Our kids were hungry and restless because you decided to lie about delivering the food."

"Wow, talk about a place with bad reviews. I ordered lunch for my employees and scheduled delivery for 11:45. I made sure to order somewhere close and Pizza Hut was right around the corner. I placed the order before 10 but got a call at 11:21 to say that they didn't have a delivery driver. I asked what that meant and he said that unless I come to pick it up it meant he would have to cancel my order. So I had to leave work to get it when the reason for ordering lunch was so we could stay in the branch and keep working. Food was ok but they didn't bother to cut the cheese sticks. Judging by the reviews this place is in a crisis of management."
