"Pizza was fine but I get tired of them locking the doors, turning off the lights and making everyone go through the drive through to get their food. I waited longer for the food I pre ordered to be ready for pick up. I’ve let it slide a lot of times but somebody needs to know this is going on. Still 15 hours before they open so it wasn’t righttt before they closed either"
"I ordered off Uber eats. I ordered the stuff crust pepperoni combo with sauce and ordered five ranches. The order arrived and the pizza wasn’t fresh, the crazy bread bag wasn’t fully secured and all but one ranch even though I paid. What really angered me is that the Uber eats driver told them I had multiple sauce and they refused to give it to him. I tried to call, of course no one would answer the phone. I then had to drive across town (I’m not from here) and when I arrived at the restaurant at approx 920pm, the doors are locked as if they’re closed. I informed them I wanted a refund for not giving me my full order and the fact I had to drive here. Then one of the workers tried to debate about the sauces, when the RECEIPT clearly showed I paid for them. Establish isn’t clean and lack luster quality food and service. DONT RECOMMEND!"
"Stopped in before work. Stood there for 5 minutes with all employees looking at me. They were working. Gave a walk in his order, rang him up some more stuff, then just walked away. Never even tried to take my order. And not a single person was using gloves to make food."
"I actually look forward to my food whenever I go. It's always Hot and Delicious and they get the sauce to cheese ratio right. I hate dry pizza! Sometimes I have to wait, but it doesn't bother me because I know it will be worth it."
"Is it the best pizza? Maybe not but it IS hot, ready and affordable. I tried grabbing six pizzas for my babies sixth birthday from another chain. I tried a promotion the other place had going on and it came out to 75$ after discount. I grabbed them from Little Caesars in less than 15 minutes and for less than $40. So for $5.55 you can usually get a single topping pizza without a wait. So I like them for that purpose. But when I have time and don't mind spending more money I could think of a long list of other stops before I end up here."
