"Customer service sucks. We came in the restaurant and was totally ignored. There was no line and only 2 cars in the drive through and the employee yelled out we are busy after we said hellooo can we get waited on. The food was burnt and had no seasoning. Stay away from this Jack’s. A horrible experience!"
"They got my order wrong, then when I asked for a refund the manager yelled at me, asked for the bag from me to replace it, and then when she walked away towards the door told me to drive around and she’d charge me for more. When I didn’t leave, not even leaving my car, she started to call the cops on me. I am livid. I generally like going here, because the food is good and it’s only ten minutes away from where I live. This sucks, because the only other closest burger place is 30 minutes away, and I go here regularly. At least I got my fries and my milkshake, since they didn’t mess that up. That’s some consolation, so that’s why it’s 2 stars instead of 1 there. If I didn’t get yelled at and got my food fixed, I’d have given it 5 stars, if I normally did reviews. If she gets fired, I’ll go back."
"They tend to rush you thru to park and wait and you have to remind them of everything you ordered. Plus, they don't want to make milk shakes until later in the morning and stop way before closing time. Several employees are very congenital while others want to tell you what they want you to have. The fries are always undercooked and taste like thawed uncooked fries."
"We stopped here for a late dinner on our way back to Florida. Tamara took our order and was very helpful and took her time with us as this was our first time at a Jacks restaurant. The 4pc chicken strip dinner and Jacks Junior meal were just enough to satisfy our hunger. You can be sure we will be stopping at a Jacks along our journey back home. Thank you so Tamara. I hope that there are more people like you working for this company."
