"Food 3.5 stars, Service 1.5 stars. Visited 1/12/24. Enjoyed the chicken, potatoes and gravy, and green beans. Had my wife and kids with me on a cross-country trip to a friend's funeral the next day. Cashier at the counter seemed to have an issue with me because she barely spoke a word to me the whole time we were there. After placing our order, I returned to the counter and asked for a large cup of hot water. As her back was turned to me, she glanced over her left shoulder and said nothing at all, looking further to the left and in the direction of her shift lead that was bagging food next to her. I stood there patiently for a few minutes waiting for some kind of acknowledgment and then started to explain why I was asking for it. It was at this point that the shift lead came to the counter and confirmed my request, then she came back with the hot water. Context: My youngest is tube fed, and I needed to warm his meal that was packed in frozen pouches."
"On a road trip from Dallas to Atlanta Looking for a local hamburger restaurant This is a store I visited by chance. The staff was friendly All the food was delicious too. The local residents were also friendly. I want to visit again when I pass by."

"I got my food in a short time. However, I looked in the bag only to find I didn't have my full order went inside and the lady said, "You missing fries, mashed potatoes, and a biscuit so my advice is to check your order before you leave"
"I ordered a bacon egg sandwich and instead of bacon they gave fried steak which was nasty by the way, As i was headed to work. so I then had to go to work then turn around and go back for them to replace it, get there and they were just plain out rude. For their mistake they wanna be rude!!! Or racist one. I then asked while I was at the window getting my replacement, that they didn’t want to make, I had the food and the receipt, demanded for both but then doesn’t take the food, I ask to buy a large Dr Pepper and they tell me no that I have to go all the way thru the drive thru again in order to get it! Never again!!!! If you don’t want to work in fast food then don’t, don’t take it out on customers that didn’t even do anything wrong…."
