"I’ve never given a business a review but I HAVE to for these guys because they went above and beyond for me. My car broke down on my way from Tennessee to Enterprise, AL and I had no idea what went wrong. Got my car towed there at 10pm and called Mike first thing the next morning on a Friday. Told him the situation and how I needed to get home by Monday. I 100% thought my car was a lost cause but Mike not only figured out the problem, he even came in on a Monday when they’re normally closed to finish FIXING it so I could get back home safely in my own car. He even picked me up from the nearby car rental center because I didn’t have a ride to his shop. If you’re in the area and need a car mechanic, I would highly recommend Import City. Amazing mechanics and amazing customer service."
"Look, I took my 07 Xterra there to have my radiator replaced. I called on Tuesday morning and they were able to fit me in when every other mechanic was booked out for 2-3 weeks. They let me buy my own radiator and bring it in to speed up the process and even replaced my serpentine belt while they were in there for just the cost of the belt. The owner, Blue, and his wife are so very personable and friendly. The charged around 300.00 for all of that. I think I found my forever mechanic."
