"Salesmen are crooked and play mental gymnastics. I will not publicly mention names, but the manager in charge of running numbers tried to persuade me to buy their vehicle and let mine get repossessed since I had a good bit of negative equity. Sales guy told me they would give me $20k on my trade. I left to visit a credit union and run numbers. Sales guy sent me the “out the door” price with all numbers included. The trade value said $17,456. When I mentioned that he initially offered me $20,000, he apologized and said it was a typo. He revised and resent the numbers and the trade in value said $19,000. He then started making excuses. These guys either think I wouldn’t read the paper or that I’m too slow to know what trade in value meant. I would NOT do business here again. I’ve done business with several dealerships in Tuscaloosa and the only honest, reliable salesmen I’ve found are the guys at HONDA!"

"My suv went in for a tire patch, and they were relatively fast and was done in a timely manner. However, when I arrived back home, I noticed they broke off two of the lug covers on the tire they just repaired, I brought it back up there, and they brushed it off, stating "they wear out over time and that happens and we can't do anything about it." I don't mind about the fact as much that they broke, but they knew that they broke when they put them on, and all they had to do is tell me what happened and I wouldn't have been as upset to find out for myself."

"I’m a pro boxer who represent the Tuscaloosa Alabama, I wasn’t treated unfairly they basically tricked me out of a paid off SUV. Instead of telling me the problems they kept saying ran into another problem. I recommend no one to go there to get they’re vehicle fixed.It should be a crime to do what they did to me. It want let me post this post until I at least put one star which I give them no stars at all."
