"Beautiful and open year round. Round and boat ramp area are plowed but bring a shovel for your campsite."

"Thus far this is my favorite place to camp. There are 30 campsites and it only costs $20 per night. You do need a park pass. There is access to the lake near all of the campsites as well as a boat launch at the beach. The lake is great for fishing. I've seen bass, trout and pan fish caught. The water is ridiculously clear. 10 out 10 would recommend for a family rustic camping trip."

"The campsites are far enough apart to allow some privacy. Sites are too small for the very large RVs. Outhouses were quite clean and regularly stocked. We saw bald eagles and heard loons. Lake does not have a lot of room for shore fishing except near the boat launch."

"Very nice campground. Clear, no wake lake with nesting loons. Campground has a beach and boat launch. Plenty of nice trails to ride or walk. Please no ORVs though. Camp is clean and we'll maintained for the seasoned rustic camper. Vault toilets spaced evenly around the park and off the road enough to afford some privacy. They're cleaned weekly and park patrol comes through daily. Sights are set up to ease any level of RV or right down to basic tent camping"
