"I went to Fultondale store on Saturday 12/23 I sat in my truck till 9 which is when the open went to door and it was locked the workers looked up and kept doing whatever they was doing. At 9:06 they finally opened door and didn’t speak I walked in and they never said a word to me. The next person who came in of the same race was welcomed and asked if they needed help. I will never step foot back in that store it is terrible"
"Absolutely poor customer service. Went to ask a worker who was just standing around a question, and before I could finish my sentence was directed to the line at the front desk in a rude way. The store is over staffed however messy and disorganized, you'd think with the number of workers they had they'd have time to greet a customer or at least be decent humans however sadly this location has devolved into a hangout spot where the staff collects a paycheck."
