"My vehicle didn't start. I received a jump start and drove my vehicle to Advancd Auto to have it tested. I was advised that the battery had plenty of reserve but needed to be charged. I asked could they charge the battery and was advised I needed to take to dealer to remove. They couldn't assist. My son looked it up and removed the battery and we brought it to O'Reilly. Clerk tested battery and he said it was dead. I purchased a new battery. Excellent customer service."
"Made an emergency stop at this location while on our family vacation heading down to Florida. The AC went out on our car and we dropped in to see if they could help us diagnose the issue. Charles was extremely helpful and did not charge us anything once it was determined we would have to take it to a repair shop. Thanks!"
