"This Hardee's is great. I would have given them a 5, except they are the only Hardee's that doesn't know how to put a Nashville Hot Chicken in the breakfast platter. Every other Hardee's knows how to put a Nashville hot Chicken in the breakfast platter. They say it's because of the owners."
"The reason for 1 star is I was rushed as soon as I came into the building. Also the associate that took my order was empting trash as I came in. She didn't wash her hands before waiting on me, granted she didn't handle my food but that is a health department violation. This was my 1st time to eat here is a while felt like I didn't have time to really look menu over. The cashier was staring me down like I was a bothering her instead of a being valued customer. Ask for refil on leaving and felt like a bother to them again. No wonder you close at 2. Pitiful customer service. Won't be back."
"Cold biscuits, not completely done. Like warm gravy. Asked for a buttered biscuit, clarified, " butter ON the biscuit." Of course, had to take it back, because, you guessed it: NO butter on the biscuit. The place wasn't busy ( that should have been a clue). BUT, they did replace it with a somewhat buttered biscuit. Probably won't be back any time soon."
"I went through Drive Thru, 8-4-23, ordered a Loaded Omlett Biscuit. When I got home, I had just a plain Biscuit in the bag! I live too far to drive back, but I went by there again this morning 8-6-23, I asked the Girl at the window to check to see if my biscuit had something on it, she said its ok. When I got the bag, I looked my self, it was ok, but her attitude was not!! I will not come back to Hardees in Hartselle!"
