"Never has lemon for the sweet tea. It's ok if you are out of lemon.please don't wait until I get to the window to inform me.had I known,I could have ordered a different drink. Taking for granted that I didn't need to have lemon is not good for business or a decision that you can make for the customer!"
"We stopped at this location. Usually there aren't any problems; however, the french fries weren't placed in the bag. It was 1 medium size and 2 small sized orders. The order was placed via drive through so when I noticed they weren't in the bag, I took the receipt inside the restaurant. One of the employees attempted to be confrontational about the order saying that she packed the fries and I told her clearly they were not placed in the bag. All of the order was there except the fries. The employee gave me the fries but her attitude was very rude. We don't eat at McDonald's very often but this was clearly a bad experience. I don't have to tell lies to get my food and I had already paid for that incomplete order."
"The only saving grace for my experience here today was that my meal was hot and fresh which was very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the service was not great and the facility was quite dirty. The person at the register couldn't care less if I was there. Seemed to angry at the world. The restaurant had debris everywhere tables dirty floors were wet and the bathrooms were dirty."
"I’ve never had such a bad experience with Any restaurant before! Ordered 2 Big Macs extra pickles and got 2 cold burgers with NO PATTIES! I had drove off by the time I noticed it! It took me 10+min to get to an exit so that I could return to the McDonalds Waisted 20 min coming back and telling them what happened they took my bag back with the cold burgers Idk if they reusing them and just adding Pattie’s! This is the worst experience of all time!"
