"Tuesday, September 19, 2023 First time to eat here. Ate around dinner time. We were able to sit inside no problem. I was surprised at how “fancy” the food looked and tasted. I do recommend trying the food here. I did get a hamburger and my husband got brisket. The fries are good and so is the ranch! The burger is also quite good!"
"Everything was absolutely delicious. We had the Peperjack Cheese Sticks, which are the best cheese sticks we've ever had, for our appetizer. I got the Brisket Plate with house fries & mac n cheese, it was so good. My husband got the Pork plate with baked beans & slaw, he loved it. We had to bring some home cause it was a lot of food. It's is well worth it. Our server was very sweet & very attentive. The place was very clean. We will definitely be going back."
"Wow, we really enjoyed it! We visited at 11:05 in a Tuesday and soon after almost all the tables were full. We had the bbq sandwich and fries and the loaded mash potatoes. Both were excellent. The pork had a very nice smoke ring and bark that gave it a wonderful flavor. We made the stop on a trip to Rickwood Cavern that is only minutes away making it his a great day trip."
"Great food and service. We randomly picked a place to stop on a road trip to Florida. Couldn't be more pleased. The food was great. Highly recommend the brisket philly. Server (Brianna?) was super friendly and patient with our large family."
"Headed home from Huntsville, we stopped to try this place. There were no seats available(very small dining area), so we sat at the bar. The lady working behind the bar was very personable and attentive. We immediately were offered drinks that come in huge 32 oz styrofoam cups. We ordered the nachos, the only cheese they came with was cotija, im a queso girl, but they were still enjoyable. Fried green tomatoes were very good, cut into little chunks, vs. sliced tomatoes. I ordered a patty melt, which turned out to be a huge double cheese burger that I could only eat half of. My husband ordered a brisket sandwich, which he said was really good. Fries are fresh cut and just right! Baked beans are some of the best I've ever had. The only dish I didn't enjoy was the mac and cheese. It lacked cheese flavor. It tasted like Roux. Will definitely return for the other items."
