"Top Notch! Just briefly reviewing my return from last year to get information Olivia found a few hundred dollar error. Did I mention that last year was done by an approved Dave Ramsey accountant. Olivia had my return completed in a much quicker time and was charged half of last year. I have found my new accountant. ☺"

"Filed my taxes 7/14/20 for 2019 with Olivia. Have been contacting them multiple times by email since I never received my money back from my taxes. Paid $300 for no reason because it was supposedly sent back to them electronically saying I filed already for that year when I did not. I filled out the IRS form online to update my information so we could get the 1st stimulus during the pandemic, which I EXPLAINED to Olivia when she did my taxes, but apparently she never listened because she was busy talking so much about literally everything else but taxes. So apparently nobody remembered me saying that. They said they needed to mail the return out by mail instead and for some reason they decided to email me the paperwork and asked ME to mail it out for them because they didn’t have the time...nice. Which is crazy, because that is literally the reason I was paying someone else to do my taxes, so I didn’t have to deal with it. I mailed it out myself and still never received anything. I email to speak with Olivia and yet Shelby always responds telling me to “keep waiting”. “The IRS is backed up on all of their stuff”. This July will be A YEAR. I have multiple clients of my own that have filed their 2020 taxes in February 2021 and already have gotten their refund, yet mine they’re half staffed to do?? I have went online to the “Where’s my refund” page and nothing ever comes up. In fact, it says that there is no information for me and says I never filed anything at all. I have tried contacting the IRS, I have tried contacting this company and I get nowhere. Nobody will help me with anything. I have told them that no information comes up and then I even sent them copies of my IRS account transcripts to see what it means and nobody responds. 2 weeks ago I called for Olivia, they say she’ll call me back, but someone else does, then in the middle of me telling her what happened and why I’m trying to speak with her, she just hands the phone over to Shelby without saying anything while I’m talking, and then Shelby starts to over talk me and not let me say anything and just keeps repeating that I have to wait and to give the IRS more time lol. MY TAXES WERE NEVER SUBMITTED. I don’t know how else to say that. They don’t even listen at all. At this point, I’m tired of trying to contact people for help and I can’t even get a phone number of who to call at the IRS myself after I asked for one. I asked for my money back if they’re not going to help me with this, and am told no. I can’t even believe as a company that does taxes for a living, you have 0 contacts to call regarding your customers that paid you money for a service they didn’t get. This is insane. I just keep getting told “their hands are tied and there’s nothing more they can do” and Olivia never will call or email me back either. Thanks for nothing. Because of this we also never received the 2nd or 3rd stimulus either. And I also don’t appreciate their condescending response to my husband’s review either. I told you guys that I had to update my information with the IRS in order to get the 1st stimulus when I came in. Not my fault your preparer likes to talk and not listen. Also, yes, I was trying to get the stimulus considering I have bills, and a child, am the only one working in my household and also was out of work due to the quarantine. Nothing was even open for me to go to, to even do our taxes during that time. And I also am 1099 so I didn’t have the luxury of doing it myself. You also never even sent the paperwork out, you guys MADE ME DO IT AFTER I PAID YOU $300. Nobody even told me any paperwork was sent out and everytime I tried to talk to you, nobody either listens or reads what I’m saying, overtalks me or doesn’t respond at all. The only response I got other than “keep waiting” was to make an IRS account which I told you guys several times I made one years ago and I even emailed you guys a transcript and got NO RESPONSE. MY TAXES WERE NOT COMPLETED. THEY WERE NEVER ACCEPTED. Don’t even bother responding, you seem to be good at that."
