"Seems like these guys are the kings of bait and switch. They run an ebay store (Als) to lure you in with scratch and dent, then they steer you away from ebay with "out the door pricing" then they start the upsell, "well I have something with less damage", then the shipping costs change, then they start to steer you towards a brand new item. Seems like folks with not much integrity, beware."

"Quite literally the worst customer service in our area. Amine is rude to women and has a terrible attitude when questioned about delays. We have only had our refrigerator for 1 week and it already has ice maker/dispenser problems. When we contacted him, we were told to reach out to the manufacturer - didn’t even offer to assist or apologize for the fact that it is ONE WEEK old. Ridiculous. Don’t waste your time with this group."

"If I could give 100 stars, I would. Amine was amazing helping us get a refrigerator after we waited 20+ months on a different one we had ordered elsewhere. He was honest, had competitive pricing, and great selection and products. The best part of the process is the installation team he works with. They were in direct communication with me, reviewed the space and saved us from a disastrous install by recognizing that our builder had our connections in the wrong places and allowing us to correct that prior to delivery. Great in person delivery as well. Thorough, conscientious and efficient. Best appliance buying experience EVER."
