"I bought a Ford Explorer from this place…. I couldn’t get insurance the day I got the car and was going to get insurance the next day. The owner was sitting outside my house the next morning like a stake out. Followed me from NW Decatur to the point mallard parkway to my insurance company. Two weeks later the transmission was going out took it back to get fixed they had it for 1 month gave it back it was still the same they said they rebuilt the transmission. They were the worst at communicating I ended up calling the BBB because they sold me a lemon and wanted me to still pay."

"I got a 2015 f150 super crew cab this is my 2nd vehicle with them he gave me a fair price on my trade in. The truck I purchased had 2 minor issues after I got home it was a Saturday and they was about to close but Robert himself assured me he would take care of it and he did came and brought me a loaner that Monday and fixed the issues and apologized for any inconvenience caused then a week later checked on me again to see how it was going. Can't ask for better service than that."
