"I have been dealing with some issues with my jeep for months. And by months, I meant gave up and let it sit for a bit before proceeding with what we thought the issue was. After being told it was likely transmission-related, we were recommended by a friend and fellow jeeper to talk with the team at TW. While we had talked with Will previously at jeep outings and had a bit of prior trust started, I was even more happy with the level of communication and professionalism as he diagnosed my Jeep’s main issue and got it fixed. We told them we weren’t in a rush, but they were able to diagnose, obtain parts, and install them faster than expected. I was very happy with frequent communication/updates from the team and of course having my jeep running smoothly again so I can have the confidence to drive my daily driver both to and from work and for longer trips as needed. We will definitely return for more work in the future with our 3 other vehicles."
