"I received what I ordered but the chicken tenders was a little bit on the dry side the fries had a refrozen taste to it and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich was way way too salty"

"So many good items removed from the menu. No more mushrooms no thousand island dressing. Ruined the idea of a good lunch I wanted. Since I couldn't eat the Salad I had to settle for chicken fingers. I attempted to add on 5 boneless bites and was rang up for another entire meal. Very disappointed in the staff who seemed preoccupied and not concerned with offering alternatives. Lastly the soap dispenser was not working so you could not wash your hands. I watched another employee leave the restroom as I entered and realized he couldn't have washed his hands before returning to work unless he utilized an employee station. When staff was notified about this it did not appear as if they were concerned and certainly did not fix this while I was in the store."
"Absolutely dissatisfied. I was so excited to try the new chicken finger tacos. Just don't go here. They don't care about their customers. My tacos were supposed to have Pico on them and it was a shriveled up old chicken strip with Chipotle all over it on a tortilla. No Pico, or lettuce. This place is disappointing."
"Horrable ....Ordered 2 #5s with no sauce, my kids can't have buffalo, so I made sure to repeat myself and got nothing but attitude...and when we got home 15 min away it was completely covered in sauce... called for 2 hours and only a busy signal..."
