"Lazy mechanics when I walked in the mechanic said he didn't have the tools to do a simple pm for someone's truck. Then the 2 guys argued about doing pm services and only wanted to do people tires. Don't get any work done at 5pm or later here unless it's tires that's when I got there at 5pm and was told a lie that it would be about a hour and I would get back for a PM well its 10pm now so far and nothing"
"2 stars for getting me in quick. Rude customer service. Mechanics really didn't know what they were doing. Gave me a wrong diagnosis. $59 down the drain. Won't be coming back"
"Nobody wanted to help. My big rig didn't crank, and just gave me the run around. Was there before a trucker who changed out his alternator and they wrote up his ticket. Not mine..asked a tech for an efs blank check, he mumbled something, then a, "Idk" very poor service. 2 days stranded there, just left today. Will never stop there again"
"So made a request for clutch adjustment. The tech was under my truck ror 5 mins only to come out and said : hey I put your clutch in a good position but this cascadia has new system that I'm not aware off but you shold be good So i didn't argue- had a delivery appointment But he actually made it worse and charged me $50 for this bullcrap"
"I wish i could give 0 star to the shop here. With no trucks being worked on waited 4 hours and still nothing. I left from there. I wish this shop shuts down or fires all of the people working there and hire a working crew instead of the milk clockers. TA should have techs working by the job and not by the hour and see how the wait times will go from 8 hours to 1 hour in a day"
