"I was unable to purchase food from this location. The staff completely ignored me after looking me in the eyes six times. I finally asked if the dining room was closed since I had walked in and wasn’t being helped. They never offered assistance when they completed the task they were working on or apologized for the delay. They continued to ignore me until I replied that I didn’t need chicken from this location and went to another restaurant for our family meal. I don’t remember ever having such horrible customer service."
"Beware You’re better off to drive 45 minutes to a gas station deli than to waste your money in this dump. They routinely serve old dry food they will occasionally microwave and try to pass as fresh. Fools gonna end up making someone extremely sick"
"I ordered the 8 piece bucket and 8 tender meal for my family Friday night, once I got home I found I was missing 4 pieces of chicken and 2 tenders and one side the biscuits, I called the store location and the manager told me she would write my name down and replace my entire order whenever I could come back, I told her Sunday would be best and she said that would be fine. When I came up to get my food, I told the lady working the situation and she got my name and went to the office and came back saying my name wasn’t wrote down and she was only going to give me what I was missing out of my order, not replace the order like the other manager stated. I asked who the GM was and with a smirk she said well I am and I don’t even know who the manger who worked 2 nights ago was, so… (how are you the GM and don’t even know who is working) Friday night and today there were only 2 people working it’s not like there’s a lot of people who work there. Will never return to this location again."
